The information requested when booking (name, phone, email, dates, payment receipt) is used only to manage your stay. It is never sold or passed on, and is kept as long as needed for management and accounting. Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you may access, correct or object to its use by writing to the email address above.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising and no tracking. Only technical cookies may be set, for example to remember your language.

Bookings and deposit

A booking is confirmed once the deposit is received. The balance is paid on arrival. Deposits are never refunded: if you cancel, the campsite keeps it. Tent pitches cannot be booked. For motorhomes, a booking covers a pitch, with no guaranteed sea view in summer. Prices are in dirhams, all taxes included.

Governing law

The site and bookings are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable agreement, the courts of Al Hoceima have jurisdiction.
